Return/Refund Policy
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
*Note: Any product Returned, Exchanged or Refunded must have a request submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
If there is an issue with the product you ordered such as defect or incorrect product delivered click here to start the Returns process or Call direct at (800) 533-3524.
Some of the items listed below will be needed during the process:
- Customer Name
- E-mail Address
- Order Number
- Product
- Reason for Return, Exchange or requested Refund.
You will be contacted within 24 hours if submitted between during business hours (9:00am-5:00pm CST) and between Monday and Friday. Requests submitted during the weekend will be addressed as soon as possible the first workday of the following week and within 24 hours of the first workday of that week.
Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer and depending on the terms of the request may be deducted from any refund amount issued. All Shipping charges from original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges: An exchange order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference in price. We’ll refund you the difference if the new item costs less.
*Any items that are requested to be Returned, Exchanged or Refunded must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt when shipped back to All Nations.
