Heavy duty corrugated steel foundation sleeves are used for ground set flagpole installations, both commercial and residential. These sleeves come in a variety of sizes to accomodate the standard foundation requirements. There are centering wedges welded onto a 3/16″ steel base plate with a 3/4″ grounding rod.
